Pour the mixture evenly into silicone molds or ice cube trays, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, pressing gently to secure them in place.
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully firm.
To serve, run warm water briefly around the outside of each mold to loosen the popsicles.
